American Auto Salvage: Warranty

90-day Warranty:
American Auto Salvage offers a standard 90 day warranty on all part sales. Extended warranties of one and two years are available at an additional cost. Some limits and conditions apply; please ask your salesperson for details.

Labor Warranty:
When a labor warranty is purchased that warranty is the same length of time as the part warranty. All body repair time is paid at a maximum of $19 per hour and the mechanical warranty labor rate is paid at a maximum of $75 per hour with a maximum of $750. We also provide a maximum of five rental car days if one is needed while the warranty repair is being done

Return Policy:
American Auto Salvage has a very stringent quality control program in place. This gives us a great deal of confidence in our product and services. Because of this confidence, we have a very liberal return policy. We will except for return any part that we sell for any reason, assuming that it is in the same condition as when sold. We do not charge a restocking fee on returns and never give an in-store merchandise credit, just a few more ways to earn your business.

(All returns and labor warranty requests require the original invoice. All labor claims must be approved by American Auto Salvage prior to the repair being started.)
